1. Agreement

By placing an order on snitee.com, you agree to these Billing Terms & Conditions together with our Terms of Service and Billing Policy.

2. Authorization to Charge

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and you authorize Snitee (and our payment processors) to charge the full order total, including applicable sales tax.

3. Prices

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Shipping is free on all orders within the contiguous United States.
• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order confirmation email confirms that we received your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order, any amount charged is refunded in full within 7 days.

5. Installment Payments

If you choose Afterpay, your installment agreement is with Afterpay and is subject to Afterpay’s own terms, eligibility checks and payment schedule. Snitee receives the full order amount from Afterpay. Refunds on Afterpay orders are returned to your Afterpay account.

6. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund & Return Policy: returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect the return, and no restocking fee is charged. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility except for damaged, defective or incorrect items.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. If a chargeback is filed, we will provide our order records to the card issuer and cooperate fully with its review.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for applicable sales taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
