Buying Directly From the Brand

Snitee is the brand behind every product sold on snitee.com. We sell our own Snitee-branded outdoor power equipment directly to customers, which makes snitee.com the official and authorized source for genuine Snitee products.

Our Authenticity Promise

• Every product is brand new, in its original packaging, unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Products are shipped directly from Snitee’s own fulfillment network.
• Every product comes with the full 2-year Snitee warranty.
• Product specifications, photos and included accessories are described accurately on each product page.

Why It Matters

Buying directly from Snitee means you get full warranty coverage, access to genuine replacement parts, our 30-day return policy with no restocking fee, and direct customer support from the team that stands behind the product.

Third-Party Sellers

Snitee does not currently authorize any third-party marketplace sellers. Products bought from other websites or sellers may not be genuine, may not be new, and may not be eligible for our warranty, returns or support. If you see a listing claiming to sell Snitee products elsewhere, please let us know at info@snitee.com.
