- Free replacement parts, repair or a replacement unit for approved claims
- Not covered: wear items (blades, tines, belts, spark plugs, filters, tires), misuse, stale fuel or lack of maintenance
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered 3–5 business days after shipping – 4–7 business days in total. Shipping is free.
Does it arrive assembled?
It arrives mostly assembled. Only simple final assembly is needed (for example the handle, seat or chute) using the included instructions. Assembly & Installation Policy.
Does it include oil, fuel, a battery or a charger?
Gas engines ship without fuel and usually without oil, so add the recommended oil and fresh fuel before the first start. Whether a battery or charger is included is listed in the What's Included tab.
How are large items delivered?
Riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, wood chippers, stump grinders and standby generators ship free by freight with curbside delivery. The carrier calls 24–48 hours ahead to schedule. Freight Shipping Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes – free of charge any time before your order ships. Contact us with your order number by live chat, phone or email.
Can I pay in installments?

What if my item arrives damaged?
